30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a free return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Product must be in resellable condition
How to Start a Return
Email us at cs@reelsaltyracks.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the item is received
Exchanges
If you need a different product, place a new order and return the original item for a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery at cs@reelsaltyracks.com.
We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Please Note:
- Items that show signs of use or are not returned in original packaging may not qualify for a full refund
- Reel Salty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
